Support Me

Hi, everyone! Welcome to my personal web page for the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to improving the lives of all those affected by mental illness.

For those of you who don't know me, my name is Audrey. I am a student at the University of Pittsburgh, a dog mom, a voracious reader, and always looking for a way to help.

Mental illness has affected my life and the amount of clarity, support, and skills I gained along the way wouldn't be possible without some great doctors, therapists, and family members. NAMI provides a multitude of services like advocacy and family support; more importantly, they work with people with mental illnesses by offering free or low-cost programs and a help hotline. Not everyone is able to say they have been as lucky as I have been through the past few years, and I hope this fundraising page will not only help the NAMI chapters in Pittsburgh, but also create more dialogue about mental illness and the stigmas attached.

Those of you who know me know that I will only run to catch a bus. Despite this, I am signed up for The Great Race in September and will be running my first 10k. While I train for the next few months, I am hoping to collect as many donations as possible for NAMI.

Donating to me through this page is easy, fast and secure.

Any amount will make a difference for NAMI, and I greatly appreciate all donations.

Thank you for your support.
